A Lieutenant supervises the Investigations division, consisting of 8

The Patrol division is divided into
four teams who work twelve hour shifts. Each team staffs the
town's two geographic districts for four consecutive days, then has
four days off. The department maintains a police substation in
each of the districts for use by officers and the community as well.
The Community Services division
