(full story) Garner Police Swear-In New Officer - Tuesday, June 01, 2010 On Friday, May 28, 2010, Officer Jean Caquias was sworn-in as Garner police's newest officer. Jean was born on November 6, 1984 in Ponce, Puerto Rico. He moved to Providence, Rhode Island in 2000 where he attended, and subsequently graduated from Central High School in 2002. After receiving his diploma, he went the Community College of Rhode Island where he earned an Associate of Science degree in Law Enforcement in 2006. (full story) News Archive
